Do you remove asbestos?
Yes, we do. At All Guard Roofing & Restoration, all work is carried out in strict compliance with the Environmental Protection Authority (E.P.A.) guidelines, as well as the codes of practice set by OHS and WorkSafe Victoria. We ensure that any hazardous materials, including asbestos, are handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Upon completion of the asbestos removal process, homeowners receive a Certificate of Clearance, verifying that the property is safe and compliant with all safety regulations.
When do i pay?
We require a 10% deposit and depending on the job, we require a delivery (progress) payment and the balance is payable upon completion of work.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, as we work for a number of large companies, we have $20 million public liability and full Work Cover insurance for our tradesmen.
Do you clean up when you are finished?
Yes all rubble, debris, tiles, roofing iron is removed from site – we do a total clean up!
